Well.. using a TNT w/XFree86 is a snap.. just download the XFree86 3.3.3 (I Think that's the latest version #) RPMS from the RedHat 5.2 list... do an rpm -Uvh XF*.rpm, run XF86Config.. and away you go:o) I'm running it at 800x600x32Bit Colour, because of my damned 15" monitor........ now if I coulda snagged one of those $165 19" Hitachis...... *drool*
This game is okay for shareware, or a technology demo.. but it's definatly not up to par with the commercial stuff.. Now if they could just take the pretty decent graphic engine they have, and make it into a Tie Fighter type game..they could have a winner! or heck.. even something along the lines of Descent would have been better (even tho Descent makes me puke, it still does make a good seller!)
Well..it's your own damned fault.. you tried to ride RedHat's coattails... and when you try and do that to a company, they'll kick your butt for it.. I mean if you had a successful company and I immitated you on name/packaging.. what would you do?
