I am beyond upset about this one.
The probes that have boldly gone where no person has gone before are facing the end. The Voyager probes which discovered the volcanoes on Io, the ice on Europa, the atmosphere on Titan, the moon Tritan orbiting Neptune which has methane ice geisers and are now on the verge of exiting the solar system are facing the cut of there $4 million/year funding. (Four million dollars is what the U.S. budget spends every ten minutes by the way, so this is just a mere drop in the bucket). The Voyagers have at least twenty years of power left, if not turned off, and more if all goes well
