Unlike every other browser in the world, IE seems to ignore your frame dimensions if you code format has interesting issues...
Say, you have a column that you want 200 px wide, and you stick a picture in it, with a name just immediately below it. If the picture is also 200 px wide, you'd think the text would go below it because the frame was locked? WRONG, fsking IE decides to bump it on the right of the picture, completely fuxing your frames, and ignoring HTML.
The hurricane isn't going to stop NASA, however, Bush-n'-co. might use it as an excuse to axe the program. ANd hey, those jobs lost because of 'hurricane influences' don't have to be counted as a result of an imbecile in offic.
It may turn out that the republicans control the weather too!

The problem with the free country statement though, is that it isn't necessarily applied to abusing WiFi policies of the library, rather, it's the freedom to express your political opinion withouth being oppressed by the government.
But since that seems to not be the case these days (W's conventions are invite only now, requireing you to have a ticket that states you won't show support fo the other guy, else face ejection from the "festivities").
No, people don't buy games for the mac because their hardware they're forced to play on sucks. Don't pull the "well upgrade, then" bullshit on me. Face it, macs blow for gaming (this coming from a hardcore gamer that owns a mac and wintel).
If you take Halo down to shat detail, you might just get a decent frame rate, though everything will look like crap. WC3 will probably do alright, that is if you take the quailty of effects down to a minimum, the G5 should be able to do all the work there. The problem is that NOBODY cares about those games anymore. SCrew WC3, how about WOW when it comes out, will MAC have their PCs ready in time? How old is WC3?
how about my 12" G4 powerbook? How about a 9700pro in there, the technology has been around for MONTHS yet apple insist on putting in low quality cards forcing us to upgrade even more.
Unfortunately for us laptop users we're screwed. They're already charging us an arm and a leg for what we're getting, why force us to PAY MORE? It makes no sense, and for that reason, I'll always own a separate Windows gaming machine that cost me half as much to build, and provides way more bang for its buck.
