Its not difficult if you have thousands of dollars to pay lawyers. You can get a patent for just about any silly idea if you have the money, just ask Microsoft.
Actually a digital watermark is an encoding of the bits within the image of the drivers license itself. It is basically a modification of the image in a certain way that is virtually invisible to the naked eye yet detectable by a scanner. This is quite different than RFID.
I hope you will at least look at the work of scientists who are critical of the global warming theory. Look up Drs. Sallie Baliunas and Patrick J. Michaels and at least get the other side of the story before making up your mind.
Hey Pig Hogger, I checked out your website. It's ironic that you attack Americans for harming the environment while on the same page you root for Osama bin Laden to sink oil tankers. You can see why we Americans think we are smarter than you, its because we are.
So to sum up, Americans are evil and stupid, right? By the way, all of you worried about global warming should read the opinion of this Harvard scientist:

Yes, there is at least one conservative on/., I feel lonely sometimes though.
OK, I will defend Ashcroft. What exactly am I defending him against? His job is to enforce the laws passed by Congress and thats what he does. I will admit that I don't like all of the laws passed, but if I don't like a law I write my congressman, I don't blame Ashcroft. I hear a lot of people blaming him for the Patriot Act, but between Ashcroft and John Kerry, guess which one of them actually voted for it? (hint: its not Ashcroft)

You are exactly right. Unfortunately, they don't just spend a quarter million on a stadium, its more like millions, even for high schools.

Funny, I haven't had this much trouble with Linux. But isn't this a little off the topic?
I was addressing a guy who defended terrorism against the United States on his website. As far as I am concerned, enough said.
