    Well, it was originally based on 4.4BSD-Lite, so if you add that to 5.3, you get pretty close to where the Linux distros are now. (It was version 2 - after the lawsuit - which was 4.4 Lite based, wasn't it?)

    I installed it last night on SuSE 9.1 Pro. Appears to be very well done.

    You mean, it didn't mess up your Nautilus icons, leaving a blank-paper icon above everything?

    Linus is Swedish, not Norwegian by heritage, and was born in Finland. Why would Iran care about the US government's trade policy anyway, when it can simply download Linux for free from any number of websites?
