Well said! Accusing your customers being lazy, not clever, not open minded, etc., will never help earn customers. This is true for almost all products, and especially true for desktop OSs, where the customers are expected to be lazy, not clever and not open minded. If your targeting customers are not satisfied, it is always your problem, not theirs. So for those claiming linux is ready for desktops, get over it and admit it is not as good as windows or mac.

Sorry. Do not have time to go over all the features of the phone. I am just wondering whether it also has a swiss knife in it. Also an embedded microwave and refrigerator would be nice.

Sometimes people tends to be addictive to things they hate. At least I am one of them. There are some ads that I hate so much that whenever they are aired on TV, I will rush to watch them, and then curse about their stupidity. I feel some slashdotters also have this phobia, which, after cursing MS for whatever they do, makes them feel good about themselves.

What is considered as a pure business decision really? If a restaurant refuses to serve, say hispanic people, claiming due to business concerns, what will happen?

You are right. It is always said that the weakest link in security is human beings, which include not only next door neighbors who provides free wireless access to me, but also designers who just wnat to provide functionalities as soon as possible.

You probably need to specify the context. It's just like saying "US invades Japan in 1940's".
