Nothing in today's games can compare to the emotion of singing The Ballad of the Starcrossed Miner to a dying Floyd after he sacrificed himself for you in Planetfall.

Immensely replayable, and the manuals were so great it was like reading classified DoD documents.

Even the bad stuff they produced at the beginning had merits because you could see what they were doing even if it failed.

It was actually a reclaimed water pipe that the contractors busted when they put the box for the fiber on my property line. Had to have the water dept. come out to shut it off, then spent my entire vacation chasing them to fix it. I'm awaiting the sinkhole to develop, it hasn't yet. I'm lucky I went out that night, when I came home the water hadn't bubbled up yet out of the ground, left the house an hour later and it was verging on a swamp. I'm on the Hillsborough/Pasco county line.

Yes, the violent criminals need new sex-toys to play with or there will be more prison riots. Sounds like a good way for spammers to contribute to society via the rehabilitation of hardened felons.

Woo hoo!! Similar thing happened to me, after I divided the merchandise into piles of the allowed size the androgynous cashier pulled the same line-up again crap. I walked out leaving everything on the conveyor as the cashier told me to take it back myself then screamed at me for being rude as his/her manager looked on and everyone else in the store stared at him. Kash'N'Karry was the store if anyone cares.

Yes, and to Dickens and to Shakespeare. Funny how that happens, the popular entertainment of one age is looked down upon by the literati and adored by the masses then becomes classic, then becomes part of the literati and disliked by the masses.
