Well, if the looks are the same, it is probably easier for users to make the switch, and these so called 'productivity' programs are a big factor in making the overall switch from Linux to Windows in most office environments.
One thing it fails to give info on, is the possiblity of synchronizing with PDA's, that's an important feature for me.
As far as I'm concerned, you forgot to mention F U N. Having fun playing a game is in no way related to polygoncount, GHz, MB or whatever these companies try to make you believes makes games 'cool'. Originality can go a long way (think Wario Ware).
IANAF(anboy) but I think right now, Nintendo understands this best. But read some blogs or comments and you realise most people are focussed on the performance. It's not even second, second comes price.
Also note that the owners of the search engine will need to promptly remove any links requested by someone claiming a copyright
...requested by someone claiming a copyright, or...requested by someone who can prove that said file breaches copyright which he/she can prove he/she actually owns.
What's wrong with learning grammar yourself? If I write on a piece of paper, there's no grammar check either, yet somehow I manage to write correct grammar.
I think it makes the windows look like sheets of paper, sort of like rontgenphotos at a doctors' office, you hang em up in front of a lightsource and 'read' them. If you need a different sheet, hang it in front.
Even better, develop a system so that a window update could make IE support such standards. So when XHTML 2.0 comes along (or whatever), some time later, everyone gets support automatically, no more checking for which version of the browser.
My guess is the figures show that British television is so much better. Who wants to download that fake american crap anyway? I'd prefer The Office or Spaced instead of that fake extreme home makeover we get from the US. And then when you miss it, yeah you download it.
Even more, you can easily recognize sites he made, they all have the same style (centered, usually two column, sometimes the left column has 1 or more pictures). So he has a review of his 'book' on a different site, which is obviously his own site as well (it also only carries reviews of his books).

the key here is the word knowledge I think the key is the word tomorrow, that's a lot sooner than expected!

It seems there is no obvious choice since there's nothing quite like Bitkeeper (yet).

It all looks a bit Sony...

Actually, the Windows XP without Media has been an option on the Dutch (perhaps all European?) Dell site for several months now.
