It's also *hard*, proving that challenging games are what people have always been looking for.

Actually, how would you change weapons? How would you jump? How would you crouch? How would you hit special keys? If he can program face gestures, I guess it might be possible.
I completly agree with you. I see no reason why we need to fill our prisons with criminals who did not commit rape/robbery/murder (or any other violent act). At most I would jail him for a year and make him do 2 years worth of community service. But with that jail time would come a warning that if he did it again, it would be 5 years.
A lot of you argue that the time taken away from deleting spam adds up to hundreds of thousands of years. Someone even went far enough to say that it's more time taken away then the time taken away from someone who was murdered. Time is a number, constant. It will always go on, but the time you have should be invaluable. A few seconds a day is nothing compared to 20 years of your life gone. I'm sure everyone here wastes a few seconds a day doing something that serves no purpose.
First, any debris caused by explosions will go out in all directions, but eventually be pulled by gravity and be burned in the atmosphere.
Second, I believe that war in space actually promotes technology (even though it might be one sided). We would have rockets that can steer through debris, and inevitably we'd have faster access to space.
I'm currently living in Florida, and let me tell you what we had this season was bad. If in the future, we're going to have these types of hurricanes on even a stronger level we're going to lose a lot of tourism.
This year our damages are estimated at $18 billion because of the hurricanes (that's $3 billion more then Andrew). I can only imagine how much we will loose if we get stronger and more frequent hurricanes.

I have to disagree to this.
