Christ, do you even think before slamming your face into the keyboard? "Objectivism" does not prohibit working together to benefit each other and yourself. Each side gains by the interaction - well within the bounds of Randian "theory." but it is easier to herp derp along an point fingers.

Have you used Monodroid or Monotouch? I have been scrounging around for anyone that has (The droid version at least) and been coming up empty. C# is a breeze and I'd prefer to code in it... The attractive part to me was using it to build a common business layer I could leverage with WM7 and save myself some headache.

  5. Perhaps people don't care about Android? on Figuring Out Why Android Wins On Phones, But Not Tablets · · Score: 1

Are the android sales because it is the android PLATFORM or just because people need a new phone and that is what their carrier offers? To me the lackluster sales of Android tablets says that people aren't much into android as they are just phones that people generally buy and use.

I have a ps3 and a few blurays, but I also have an AppleTV (and Netflix). I can rent movies for $3.99 from my couch or for free through streaming (minus the monthly cost). So for movies I'll watch once, maybe twice, why would I pay $25 for bluray again?

Whoever didnt see that coming a mile away was a fool. Google has the perfect bait and switch. Give them a popular OS for free they can do whatever with - let adoption soar. They are the quickest way to swap contact info. But, they can be bulky if you carry more than a days worth. They are essential for transferring "how do i get in touch with you" in a second. Even if mobile technology improves, I really don't see people pulling out their phones, going to their contacts, and hitting "share" when all they have to do is hand someone a piece of paper with all their info.

Now, this doesn't mean your card can't have a QR Code or something on it that has all that info that is easily scan-able, but to suggest the business card is dying because some poor startup was too stupid to get 1000 cards for $13 is just hilarious.
