Rockstar bears zero responsibility in this. No matter how much of the code is on the disc, there is no in-game way to access that code or content. Any method of accessing this content would certainly be a violation of the EULA, thus absolving Rockstar of responsibility, and excluding that code and content from the raiting. The simple fact is that no matter how much or little the modders had to do, the content is not a part of Rockstar's published work.
In his defense, the post does say 3 Billion in profits.
"Overall profits for the year were also up, cracking 3 billion dollars for the first time."
However TFA clarifies this typo
"Net revenue for the full year ending March 31, 2005 was $3.139 billion, up 6 percent from the previous year's $2.957 billion. EA reported a profit for the full year of $504 million, off more than $70 million from the previous year's earnings."
I can't help but think of people who blow up their wingmen as bad people. I know it's just a game, but if that idea seems to be a good one to you in game life, I wonder what ideas would occur given real life power of any kind.
Not to mention it shows a compleat lack of effort toward suspension of disbelife, which makes me wonder what the point is. Just MHO tho.
Transmitting power wirelessly is easy. Every signal, be it from a radio station, wifi, a cell phone or whatever, is a transmission of power.
Well then, it should be a simple matter for you to sign up and claim your $50k.
Seriously, I don't think that particular transmission of power is what they ment. Even NASA isn't that silly.
There's a difference. If there were such a thing as a space fighter, you would fly it using a stick type control. Comparing to an FPS isn't really relivant, since there is no input device for your own body.
The point of having a joystick for a space sims is to increase realism. Using a mouse takes you out of the game too much.
Actualy Guilty Spark hinted and the existence of multiple halos several times. The Flood was a mindless horror, but the Covenant never was. I don't think 2's story is at all inconsistant with the first story. Granted the ending is rather disconcerting, but I think Bungie was always going to do this in three stages, maybe more.
There are ways of configuring the sail so that a single beam on Earth can be used for both acceleration and breaking. The configuration involves a bowl shaped outter sail used for acceleration, then when the craft nears it's destination, an inner sail is deployed and the outter, bowl shaped one is used to focus the light (or microwaves) onto the inner one, generating the deceleration.

Did I miss something, TFA was about Revolution, yea? Not the DS. Or are we expecting the two to be linked so closely that they're basicaly one system?

I'm actualy suprized/impressed that they are still activly maintaining Starcraft. I knew Blizzard was cool.
