I think it should be known that most real Christians don't like to impose themselves on people. They are compelled to spread the gospel because, to them, it is a matter of saving people from a terrible fate. It should also be known that real Christians aren't willing to do the things it would take to gain the favor of Bush or any other politician, so this group of conservatives shouldn't be considered a representation of the rest of us just because they're saying "God bless America" and using our name as an excuse for everything.

I guess if it works, it could reproduce the music exactly, since the music was probably done on synthesizers equipment anyway. But if it were trying to do non-rap vocals n a rap style (or any vocals in a style different from what was intended), it will probably sound really strange because the attitude of the vocals won't match the attitude of the music.

But this might work out nicely if the simulated artist performs a different musical style with a similar attitude, such as hard core rock being performed with the style of Public Enemy or Tupac. The attitude of the performer would match that of of the music even though they're different styles. A lot of rappers and rockers pair up nicely. I think Run DMC and Aerosmith were the first and that was great.

I seem to also remember that every software package we bought would automatically install Internet Explorer and refused to install if we didn't accept IE with it. It was as if there was no way to avoid getting it on the computer. I also seem to remember everybody was downloading and installing Netscape 2 and 3 even though they already had IE on the computer. It was more popular even though it had to be downloaded. And it was better. The problems didn't start until Netscape 4 I think, which seemed to not add anything at all. And around this time, Internet Explorer had the ability to display the webpage even while it was downloading. Netscape still made us wait until the whole page was loaded, and if you resized the browser it would reload the whole page. That's what made me switch to IE. Of course now I'm using Firefox for everything except the sites that only work with IE. But that's because of the tabbed browsing. I really don't feel like it's any more "secure" at this point.

I mentioned the Firefox extension that emulates it but it said "beta" so he won't install that. I think adding tabs is really going to give IE brownie points with people like that.

Well, I think a lot of people have lost files by accidentally shutting down without saving, so sometimes it's good to ask "are you sure" because they're not always actually trying to shut down. Sometimes people lose school assignments they've worked hours on, or documents important to their business.

I don't know why suspend mode isn't the fault but I'm thinking there are limitations in the systems that make it good to completely restart them every now and then. Probably the best solution is software that shuts down very fast. Maybe a computer with way too much ram so nothing has to be loaded from a swapfile in order to shut down?

I think the tons of stuff being loaded at startup is due to project managers suddenly turning into idiots the minute they start working for a corporation. But I've never been a project manager so that's just speculation.
