What MS is great at doing is creating a marketplace for people to teach novice people how to use Windows.
What MS fails to create is a marketplace that is intuitive.
What MS lacks is common sense.
Hey MS: Put the pagefile on a separate partition (swap file) as well as the documents folder(and stop calling it documents. Call it "Storage" or "My Stuff") from the OS. That would make it easier to upgrade and I think that people could figure this out.
When I show people FF, they get it. I explain beforehand why FF is better and they adopt.
But I take a firm hand in my business.
I will not support Missy (MSIE)... of any stage.
Vista (which I am running right now) is a nightmare and I am afraid of the customer backlash.
Switching to Linux is an even more daunting sale.
FF2 is an easy sale. Linux is hard.
