I have to disagree with you on this. It does say his life not his identity. You'll have his car, house, job and introduction to his friends. I mean that to mean is a person's life. Its everything but the clothes off his back (and as is stated his name and passport).
The only caveat I can see is that maybe he should state that he is selling his lifeSTYLE instead of just life. Then one could make the arguement that ones lifestyle is ones life.
When I first saw that screenshot my first thought was "Man wouldn't it be funny if they just put a._CRYPT extention at the end of every file and then told the computer on double click to display that Attention window!" That would be THE BEST practical joke ever!
Ok it may be my bad on this one for not reading all the posts, but... Has anyone bothered to look at the dates. Creative got this patent in August of last year??? I do believe that Apple had the iPod out before then. So if I read the dates right then this is just plain old STUPID!!!
