Really, I don't see MacOSX beating Linux as long as Apple requires you to buy Apple hardware to run it.
In order to beat Linux, MacOSX should become available on HP/DELL/IBM/[pick your preferred server manufacturer]/... hardware, instead of being only available along with the poor XServe...
And I'm not talking about the bad performances of the operating system itself while used in a server context...

The question is not why should Adobe worry, but why you should worry. Flash isn't only a problem for 64bit & non-intel linux users, but also for most mobile appliances. Flash-only websites ar just missed oportunities.

Well, the internet is about portability and accessibility, while Flash isn't.
Adorning websites with flash is rather a good idea, making full websites & web applications using flash is just as unfriendly as making websites made of word files (but word files are usually more accessible).

Yeah, too bad 99% of flash websites doesn't conform these guidelines...
Even really bad HTML is more usable when you are using a braille screen.

Sorry, but flash is too proprietary, doesn't work with all the features on linux and is an insult to blinds and visually impaired peoples.
95% browser penetration isn't an excuse for leaving visually impaired people out.
But it's an excuse for HTML impaired developpers to make pseudo websites.
I think they are not. Logic and maths should never be patented be patented.
Anyway, it's a shame to see how lazy our industry has become thanks to lame patent system.

Make AmigaOS run on something like Mac Mini and maybe it'll have a chance to become something more than a just an zealot-only OS...
No memory protection? Even Win NT 3.51 has memory protection.
If the Steam servers don't exist anymore, you'll still be able to install all your steam games if you made a backup of these games using the backup option in steam along with a copy of the ClientRegistry.blob file which contains the authosrisations for offline gaming.

Ubuntu installer can resize ntfs & fat32 partitions to make room for ubuntu... works pretty well.
