    'The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the poeple.'

    Like all other unconstitutional federal laws, it will be disguised as a tax law. Although, I don't think they even try to hide it anymore.

    It is amazing how people can miss the atrocities in front of there faces, but go totally mad over some little issue that matters none.

    Priceline is just a reverse auction, a novelty, they have been around for years, like regular auctions. I can't see them having any case whatsoever.

    Pizza doesn't give you an ulcer either, but just like coffee, if you have an ulcer you shouldn't consume these products because they will aggravate it. Therefor as a coffee drinker, I should worry about ulcers.

    OK, OK, but I think I could do it.
    On weekends I will make 2 (30 cup) urns, and possibly 1 or 2 percolator pots (~12 cups).
    I share it with a light drinker (~3-6 cups).
    I haven't done it in a while, but I think I could come very close to 100 without any preparation, and possibly more after a week or two.

    And yes! I do sleep (when I don't work)

    We should make coffee and all caffeine products ILLEGAL.

    if you use:
    you go to JAIL.
    you never get a student loan, so forget about an education
    you loose your job.
    you loose your children.
    you are humiliated in the local paper.

    Penguin Mints use an artificial sweetener that is usually reserved for diabetics, and has been known to cause health problems, maybe even cancer.

    To blame anyone other than the people who commit the crime is ludicrous.

    I might speed sometimes, so lets blame the car manufactures for making cars go so fast. If they didn't make these fast, powerful cars, I wouldn't be able to speed. Therefore, car companies are responsible for people speeding and they should pay the bill.

    Space Invaders is just as violent as DOOM, the graphics just suck ;)

    It is terrible, here in the US, an adult can be
    put in prison for consuming a vegetable.

    I can go into my backyard and find probably a dozen or so vegetables, that if consumed, will put me in the hospital. I might even find a few that would put me in the morgue. I would be hard pressed to find a vegetable that would put me in prison, without the help of police that is.

    Hypocrites!!!
