    Well, I know that, but I still don't understand why they would forbid people to do something as common as running a small webserver.

    I think you mean "the menus". The file menu is in the same position as usual, relatively speaking.

    Why the hell would they make that against the TOS? Here in Portugal I can do whatever I want with my 4 Mbps/256 Kbps ADSL connection... Please enlighten me

    Why don't you go learning something about virus and antivirus and then come back to offer your then-well-founded opinions?

    This paper demonstrates an automatic system for telling whether there are naked people present in an image.

    So it's not "identifying a person by a nude picture", it's identifying pictures which contain nude people...

    Of course it is. Bittorrent is not the whole set of trackers which exist. Bittorrent doesn't even have any feature to search all the trackers for some file... Bittorrent is a program to download one file (or associated set of files) at a time
