It's not a problem if he buys it or codes it his damned self instead of complaining.
And this is the attitude that will cause Open Source/Linux to be nothing more than an interesting sidebar in computing history. Why should I have to code a printer driver myself? It's stupid to suggest that I should. It distracts from the main game which is using Open Source/Linux to actually do things.
Why is it so hard to understand that one of the reasons Windows is so popular is that it handles all of this automatically. I know I can connect my bluetooth camera to it and it will just work.
Have a look at their patent "Vehicle Smart Window Safety Control". They actually admit they don't know how to do this, but they have taken out a patent so that when someone does do it, they can claim royalties.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find the concept of a product called "... for dummies" a slight on the customer? Anyway, how far can this go? It seems any phrase, word, or letter can be registered as a tradmark that can then be used to bgeat someone about the head.
Have a look at the international PGP home page. Good links here to the standard PGP packages for most platforms. Freshmeat is a good source for Linux specific things.
The thing that really annoys me about the Theos thing is the assumption in the email that his, or my, name is worth nothing, and a companies name is worth everything. The whole assumption that a company (an amoral entity) has more right to use my name than me is really offensive.
From www.starwars.com - "The new trailer will be placed into general release, running on a wide variety of films over the coming weeks. Contrary to speculation, it will not be attached to any particular film, including Wing Commander, and in fact may not even play with Wing Commander. There is no assurance the trailer will play with any particular movie and you will need to contact your local theater for information on where the trailer will run in your area."

There is something seriously wrong here.

Downloaded the latest version yesterday. That slogan is still there as a tooltip.

Xwing is pretty good. Turn on the invulnerability option.
Ok, own up. Who broke their site? Guess "theos" isn't quite as robust as they would like.

Damn, the site is still down!!!!
Notice the "toysrgreedy" homepage? It doesn't use the reverse "R". Does that mean they are infriging on their own copyright?
