"Which would have allowed me to point out that the Christian Bible (of which the Jewish Torah is the first 5 parts) is the most widely shoplifted book!"

Odd, since you can get a (single) Bible for free from a number of sources...walk into any church in america, tell them you don't have a Bible and would like one, and just see how fast they run to give you one!

For those who didn't read to the bottom of the article: "Left on 5/9/2005 2:47:21 PM by Anonymous Comments: I looked over the Google patent application. One of the salient facts about the application is that it was filed 12/31/03, with origins going back to 9/30/03. Given this topic relates to what I understand is a dynamic cataloging technology, the fact that the patent application is over 18 months old (not 2 mos. old as the article indicates) limits the relevance of this analysis."

Well, it sounds like your sources ARE wrong, since it is 7 days, not 40.

No...beautiful marble halls and stained glass should be reserved for the houses of the rich, not made available for communal use! We wouldn't want the less fortunate to have access to such opulence, would we?

Other people are constantly "telling me how to spend my money". It's called advertising. What's wrong with a little injection of peer-pressure common sense when it comes to conspicuous consumption? For the love of God, please DO start telling people (who don't seem to be thinking much) how to spend their money.
