This doesn't do anything to Intelligent Design. No scientific evidence will ever do anything to Intelligent Design, because "God did it" covers a multitude of sins. If Intelligent Design were a scientific theory, then it could be proven wrong by such pedestrian things as "evidence".

It's more allowing themselves to be BS'ed.
These execs have Fox Mulder's poster on their walls: "I want to believe." They desperately want to believe that their business model is not dead, and that they still have the means to mediate and dominate the artist:fan relationship. Er, excuse me, the content_producer:consumer relationship.
I'd be careful about suggested legal action for making skewed and exaggerated car analogies. If that came to pass everyone who's posted in Slashdot's Apple section would be thrown in jail.
Your argument is as ridiculous as a Pinto, and lacks air bags.
Bush didn't tell the American people that he 'believed' that Saddam had WMDs. He said, "I guarantee that Saddam has WMD's". I just want to know if that was a money-back guarantee, 'cause, if so, my future grandkids have one hell of a rebate check coming.
I've never understood why people don't buy used desktops.
Used computers are rarely a good deal. Somebody who paid $700 for a desktop 3 years ago doesn't want to believe that they can't get $200, selling it used. Meanwhile, you can get a brand-new machine with better specs for $300.
Also, non-gamers probably hold onto their machines for at least 3 years. At that point, the power-supply is almost due to fail, and the harddrive isn't far behind.
And take his anorexic, Skeletor look-a-like contest winner looking ass girlfriend too.
Dude. You are talking about a SpiceGirl(tm), one of the most talentless and annoying products of the corpo-pop (or copro-pop, if you prefer) infestation. Why are you bashing her looks?
Your methodolgy is out of date, and you are ignoring best practices. Modern thinking is that you designate a scapegoat before you begin to collect your requirements.
Which is why a true conservative, concerned more about America's security than about corporate profits, would oppose drilling in the ANWR. The ANWR is our true strategic reserve, and will keep us from being out-gunned by the last country to have any oil.
Even putting drilling equipment in place would threaten our national security, since some pissant will turn the tap to solve a "short term" crisis (like his own electability). After peak oil is undeniable, and the value of the ANWR as a strategic resource is univerally recognized, we can put the infrastructure in place.
You don't to grasp this "free trade" concept. *You* are *free* to buy *our* government-subsidised products. *We* are under no obligation to accept *yours*.
Next week's lesson: "Globalization, the new mercantilism".
How about cloning legislators who have a clue about drug wars?
You can't clone one of those unless you find an original. I'm afraid that you'll have to engineer one of those. Don't forget to preserve the 'electability' genes, while you're working on the 'cluefulness' genes.
Sit down for a while and actually learn how to use a computer, not just how to do what you want.
Yes, children; a computer is like a car (go figure). You could hop-in without any training or parking-lot practice, and try to get to your destination. This approach will result in you slamming into every parked car along the path to your destination, and is not unlikely to result in your death.
Taking a drivers-ed course, or at least finding someone to get you started, and practicing in any empty parking lot, will provide you with many more years of a cheaper, safer, and more enjoyable experience.
Regardless of which approach you take, consider using a car famous for its stability and solid construction. Avoid the vehicle with a 6" steel spike where the airbag should be, and the large "botnet me" sign on the rear bumper.
So what is he saying about the health insurance companies that is untrue?
I am a Liberal who likes Michael Moore's films. I've SiCKO, and it seemed well done and important (I can't say that I 'enjoyed' it, because it's hard to enjoy having your face rubbed in greed and suffering). His 'stuntiness' makes me uncomfortable, but as long as his claims are true, I can live with his hit-and-miss delivery style.
There is one 'fact' that he mentions in this movie that doesn't seem to be true: he says that Detroit has a higher infant mortality rate than El Salvador. When I went looking, Detroit is high for America (1.55% instead of.7% for the US), but the figures (CIA and WHO, probably both from the same source data) said something like 2.2%. Maybe there's a better source than the WHO, or maybe Moore fell for some 'official' government publicity figure that paints El Salvador in a better light.
When you want to create controversial and adversarial pieces like this, it is really, really important to triple-check your facts.
Here in Florida, many of the suburban neighborhoods built in the last 15 years, have "reclaimed water" for sprinklers. This water is actually sewage that has been filtered and treated to almost-potable standards. The reclaimed water is only used for sprinkler systems, not toilets or laundry. Even the hose-bibs on the outside of the house, that you might use for washing your car, are regular potable water.
With our severe freshwater shortages (and frequent restriction periods), we should at least require that all new houses have isolated plumbing for toilets, even if that separate plumbing is hooked up to potable water for now. A few years down the road, we are likely to need to switch at least toilets to reclaimed water.
I tried that. When I got my day in court, I said to the judge, "Here's my defense, your honor...FU!" It didn't help my case.

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Just add LINKSYS to your phone's list of ESSIDs, and you'll be able to hop on in any urban area.
No. He meant Management vs Union.

No. He meant Rebel vs Imperial.
Just go to "Sams Club" or Costco. You can buy a 4 gallon container of shower gel.

Actually, it turns out that money is our most important asset. People are ninth. Carbon paper is eighth.
