I dont beleive they have any sorta case. You can't copyright cel shading. And the main character is the player's work of art. End of story.
Final Fantasy belongs to Square-Enix. Microsoft did not purchase Square-Enix. They just have one of Final Fantasy's developers on their team.
I purchased the xbox version I love it I havent gotten to the ending yet but Im not really that interested in my sidekick's stories
XBOX has the Halo franchise although Halo 1 was released on PC its clear xbox is the main focus for Bungie's goldmine
