I realized it's name was spelt with a capital "S".

Five years is enough. There's plenty more poorly translated games to chose from. Let's find another one, hype it up, and have fun with it for another five years.

The game was made by Toaplan, but I've had no success in finding any references to any specifc translator. Perhaps to was Google Translator '89?
