I'm glad you read the consitution. Lets go for justice then. How can a governement create justice when all it does nothing. Justice ain't a biproduct of being free. Its a biproduct of the governemnt doing its job. That Your its not simgular but a collective your(One of the annying things of the english grammer) which means that the entire nation has that responibility, not just some angry geek with a computer.

As for thoose bloody Germans, when they made hilter dicator they were no longer a democracy and that violated a democracy. We haven't and won't make bush a dicator, but have given him a slightly farther reach for a few years.

Telling someone to leave if they hate the country ain't unamerican. I'm glad you know where the caps lock and some html.
Hating the current governemnt means that you aren't doing enough to change it. If you can't do that little bit to change it why be here.

Ever read about the death penality?
Quite a few people who are innocent die there. ITs a sad story, but nothing can be done to fix it. So i ask you, how can you claim that this is a new thing to governements or even civlizations when innocent people have died for no reason, and always will die.

Actualy the government isn't taking away your freedom at all they don't hang up your phone calls when you start taking delete your emails so no one can here you. They are just listening in the case that you are acting strange and trying to make sure you aren't going to kill someone.
I ain't afraid at all actually.

Ah yes this qoute again. I love idiots who read a few qoutes and throw them back.
    Heres something for you,
All the property that is necessary to a Man, for the Conservation of the Individual and the Propagation of the Species, is his natural Right, which none can justly deprive him of: But all Property superfluous to such purposes is the Property of the Publick, who, by their Laws, have created it, and who may therefore by other laws dispose of it, whenever the Welfare of the Publick shall demand such Disposition. He that does not like civil Society on these Terms, let him retire and live among Savages. He can have no right to the benefits of Society, who will not pay his Club towards the Support of it. No they can't, but your civil liberties exceed just your ability to speak. Although it is one of the most well known ones, I believe life is also one. Your Civil Liberties are things that you probably take for granted out of speaking. The point of the government right now is to prevent you dying. So don't be so harsh on it.

I know this will probably piss somebody off but here i go; its Christmas Eve, and I could care less if it does.

Yes freedom is important. I argee one hundred percent with that. But what use is freedom when everytime a car back fires, , or you see a plane in the sky should one hide for fear of death. Also people should not be surrounded with camera to the point of documenting their entire life. I'll argee that maybe this ended up going too far. I think that the international calls were alright, however i feel that the domestic calls was a bit overboard. The nation need to find a compromise between the two for our current situation. We can't look back at the 90's and compare our freedom to them. The world has changed. We are no longer the winners of the cold war with a booming enconmy. Nowdays we are the cold war left overs with hositlity arcoss the world brewing. Not completely because of who we are now, but somewhat because of those freedoms we had. We showed the world just how big of an ego we had.

Your civil liberties are protected by the governement. Its main job is to ensure that. However an attack on the governement means that it was an attack on your liberties. And until we can put measures in place via security, your liberties will have to be put on hold for a bit.

Personally I find that one too many people qoute the founding fathers. Most of them quote it at the wrong time(not in this case, but in lower threads). However the founding fathers lived with different threats in a different world. Their message will still hold but to use their quotes verbatem are silly. This ain't about wealth or the tranquility. Every day i go to work, there is little or no sound of tranquility, or wealth, but when i am at work, there is freedom. When i go home past the armed gaurds, I realize that despite the fact the gun being pointed at me doesn't make me feel tranquil, it makes me feel free. It does because I know that if the person behind me want to take away my rights, they'd have a bullet between the eyes. Actually probably several dozen.

He guy is as American as you. Using Unamerican as insult is absolutely rude to all in this country. The point of democracy is figuring out what a majority of the people want. People that are the minority often throw a fit, claim they hate the country, and call others unamerican. The system is not perfect, as shown by the two red scares in American history. However, after the period of distrubance, as with anything trying to find an equilbrium, the nature of things will shift after the initial displacement has been overcome. and as with the red scares, after they left, things went back to better after a while. Admittedly it took quite a few years for thoose to end, but life did return closer to normal. The same will happen here, so people just need to wait.

To thoose that hate the country, leave.
You have no reason to live here if you hate it. you can visit your family with a passport. Move to india, your job will probably be outsourced there anyways, so just go now and get your job. If you have any other reason to stay, too bad.

I know a few people that they get a new account everytime they are spammed, and they stick with the spyware until they can't use the computer. They probably would give up the interent if they didn;t use it for so many things. The stickler is that so many of the things that people consider the internet important for are often times the things that get them into this mess. The bonzi buddy was the first of these things. It made it self appear to the "Joe User" that it was something helpful. Now sites are sneaking it in with things that are required for their sites. The Spam get annoying since they have no clue where it came from and they repeat their habits over and over again.
