The story would follow the Jedi regaining control of the universe from the many Dark Lords some 88 years before Anakin Skywalker ever graced the universe. Yoda, who, according to Lucas, was instrumental in the effort, would apparently have a headlining role.

If I'm not mistaken, doesn't this already exist, in some form, as Knights of the Old Republic? I thought Georgy boy officially declared that KOTOR was permenantly the very first plotline in the Star Wars universe, the Genesis of the SW universe if you will, much like Ocarina of Time is permenantly the very first Legend of Zelda storyline no matter how many other Zelda prequels they make.

We really don't need an Episode Zero movie, cuz if they tried to put all of the main points of KOTOR into a movie it would be at least 5 or 6 hours long...

How about HD video, ITunes, video chat, p2p filesharing, web surfing, streaming, etc

It's called a Personal Computer, and it can do all of those things regardless of if you're running Windows, Linux or Mac OS X. And most of them these days already have TV-out on the graphics cards, so the issue of having all of these things in your living room is moot too. Even the cheap-o Mac mini and VIA ITX/nano-ITX computers have it.

The only thing that the PlayStation3 can do that a PC cannot do (and better) is play PlayStation3 games. That's what it should focus on. Being a "jack of all trades, master of none" is why the PSP was a failure.

    real men are uncut.

It doesn't really make any indication of how much more or less you are of a man if you're cut, being the decision is usually made by your parents when you're a baby. Now, if, as a baby, you have a conversation with your father and explicitly say you wish not to be cut, then, you are not only a man but bad ass.
Unfortunately, since this is Slashdot, nobody here can honestly make that claim.

You guys for the Greens and Libertarians do know you're just throwing your votes away right? The reason all of these republicans are in power is because the liberal voters are split between the democrats and the third parties, while the conservatives are all focused on the one, republican party. They also want you to believe that there's no difference between DEMs and GOP but that's just an illusion too.

People really need to wake the fuck up and vote these rich assholes out of power. But voting Green is not going to do it.
