    You've assumed the superhuman AI has a motive. That is: Self-survival. It's more likely to be a helpful AI, that is, it'll efficiently exterminate the apes, and turn itself off afterwards to save energy.

    My experience was also good for the most part.

    Clean installed Windows 10 Home on a new SSD which worked but I couldn't activate it. Upgraded my Windows 7 installation and activated Windows 10 on that. Went back to my new SSD and reinstalled Windows 10. It then activated. No problems with installing things on it, including the latest nVIDIA drivers (353.60).

    A password BOOK doesn't even need to be cracked, so it's not a solution to that problem - it's got the same problems as before PLUS it's not secured at all.

    A password book can't be remotely accessed. That's a considerable security feature. You'll always have a local vunerability.

    One of the reasons it was bad for the native Americans is that they were both competing for the same resources. What resource is there on Earth, that an alien race can't get from a million other planets instead? Life? Easier to grow it locally.

    I wouldn't assume that even if more US drivers were involved in rear-end collisions. US roads are simply different to UK roads. Long, straight, and intersected by, err..., intersections. Perfect for not paying too much attention to your driving and rear-ending something at the next stop.

    It's mostly on Facebook that I notice I've not got Flash installed. I especially like the way it tells me my technology is out of date.

    I have my own domains, but they're forwarded to my ISP's email service. Result is the same. I can switch ISPs without changing my email address. Although I would have to change the forwarding. As for my ISP's spam filter: It's overzealous, so I turned it off. It should be off unless BT have decided to turn it on again behind my back.

    For those that are interested: I use disposable email addresses and I don't get enough spam to need a spam filter. When I do get spam, the unsubscribe links work. The only exception to this was due to a compromised gaming website. The email I'd used for their forum started to receive spam. So it was a simple case of deleting that email address. The email was site-unique. Of course the time spent managing my email addresses might well exceed the time I would otherwise have spent shifting through spam...

    This might make more sense if you're using floating-point, where zero might represent the range -epsilon/2 to epsilon/2. In this case it might make sense to return a value on the assumption that a zero value isn't possible, and any value would be correct, although wildly imprecise.

    Odroid-C1 (#4) looks very nice in comparison to the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B (#1). Same price and almost the same specifications, except 1.5 GHz clock instead of 0.9 GHz, Gb Ethernet instead of 100 MbE.
