Here in Milwaukee my oak had about 80 gallons of acorn remains that I picked up from my driveway and deck three years ago. Since then it hasn't dropped anything. I attributed it to the tree being pruned but, maybe not...
The right to free speech is a limitation on the government. Both the public and private enterprise have wide latitude to make restrictions such as refusing to give airtime to a band or refusing to print an article. For another example of this see what happened with the Hollywood blacklist.
I have to disagree with you on the point where you that the restriction is "not about the meth addicts". Take some time to watch a report put together by Frontline. It is only a couple of years old but, is relevant. They explain the reasoning behind the laws and have testimony on their effectiveness.
Organ transplants in the US are administered by the United Network for Organ sharing. According to their policy, 3.7.10 (pdf), hearts are allocated based upon status of the recipient and the distance of the recipient from the donor.
While it is possible that the "old and ill VIP" to which you refer greased a few palms I find it more likely that he was stable enough for a transplant, easily matched within the transplant network, and had a very low probability of survival without one.
Unless you are privy to the specifics of the case your anecdote is nothing more than hearsay.
In the US circumvention of the firmware to be able to connect to a different network is entirely legal. From http://www.copyright.gov/1201/
5. Computer programs in the form of firmware that enable wireless telephone handsets to connect to a wireless telephone communication network, when circumvention is accomplished for the sole purpose of lawfully connecting to a wireless telephone communication network.
The SDK for Flex was free. You just had to sign up with Adobe to be able to download it.
The IDE for Flex, built on top of Eclipse, is not free and they have no plans to make it so. From what I understand from my coworker, it is nice to work with.
Your argument in no way invalidates the claim made by the original commentator. A professor that uses unatributed content sets an example for their students. That is a double standard. Instead of trying to defraud an institution out of a better grade, the lecturer is defrauding the institute out of a better paycheck. Further, lecturing students is no less an academic endevour than writing a paper for a class or publishing research. The difference is that it is probably easier to pass off such work since there are less qualified individuals auditing the content in such a situation.
In this case at least the original owner, a 89 year old man, has owned the property for a considerable amount of time and as such probably did not have a morgage on the property. Thus no lien.
It's unfortunate that this happended but, if nothing else, you should be able to go to a state agency to be able to help you with your problems. I know in WI that you would contact the Public Service Commission.
I had started having problems with a regular mouse many years ago because of too much quake. The knuckle on my index finger was starting to ache. I switched to a marble mouse and have been using one for the past eight years. The newer ones have four buttons instead of two and can be configured to do a number of things for you. The only downside is the additional buttons are not placed as well as they could be.
Something like this happened to my wife. She was in an apartment and a young woman moved in next to her with the exact same name. The woman wrote some bad checks and didn't pay some of her bills. My wife spent the next year getting hounded by the woman's creditors.
The kicker was the woman got a ticket at a state park. The officer apparently didn't get enough information from her and the ticket ended up with my wife's information. She only hears about the ticket six months after they enter a final judgement against my wife. Fortunately my wife saves receipts and on the night the ticket was written my wife was two counties over. A lawyer and a grand later and no ticket.
Those are the best boxes to move with. Extremely heavy-duty and small enough that even if it's packed with books you can still pick it up.
As an added bonus you can pick something to cool you down when you're done.
I believe that the case in reference is one that went to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
The case dealt with a grocer named Munir Hamdan who was carrying a concealed weapon on his own private property. The court ruled that this practice is not illegal.
I would have to agree with this. My son builds the set but then goes and builds all sorts of other things from all the deconstructed sets he has.

On a recent project that I completed we used the following mix for a fairly standard web app.

All kidding aside, ColdFusion has a number of different frameworks available for development such as Mach-II, Fusebox, and Model Glue.
