As someone that is working for the census there are not allot of people that don't have the software needed to complete the census.
Enterprise will be the first Trek series since the original Star Trek not to end with a special two-hour finale.

I would ask for there names and there managers name. Then I would continue to ask to speak with there manager. If they continue to refuse I would ask for the address of head office. I would let them know that the service that you are receiving is noted and that head office and the manager will receive a letter concerning the quality of the service.
