About 2 years ago I uploaded a video to Facebook, and it was immediately flagged as containing audio that may be infringing and was removed. I'm surprised to hear that this is new since they apparently had this ability years ago.
The deal breaker for me is the poorly designed header system. I cannot write a class without truly hiding its inner working. I have to put all of my variables in the header even though they have nothing to do with the functionality i expose to the external callers.
No you don't. If you think you do, you don't know the language as well as you think.
The second article has the information I was looking for. The MySpace page itself was anonymous, and was bragging about making the bomb threats. The direct email lead to the owner of the page.
I'm confused. They emailed a "fake" story to someone's MySpace account. Clicking on the "fake" story exposed his IP address.
Why exactly, did that make him guilty? What if they emailed me a link? What if I was genuinely interested in the "fake" story? How does reading a story an a news site make me guilty of anything?
I wouldn't necessarily consider the choice of newer than 4.6 gcc arbitrary. Later versions with better C++11 support are very attractive, because C++11 simplifies and standardizes a lot of things that can make development significantly easier.
I hope, for your sake, that as you are working on your CS degree you are also doing some jobs to gain experience. It will be really hard for you to break in, even at entry level, without some previous experience to show.
I know things I would do differently in my life. I'm not entirely confident in my ability to force some other person to do them, even if it was a clone of me. For reference: http://calvinandhobbes.wikia.com/wiki/Duplicator
While on the surface I agree, most new car models use electronics for both starters and transmissions. Without actual mechanical connections (from the cabin to the transmission for instance), this may or may not work in every case. Definitely worth a try though.
Classic literature may not be your cup of tea, but do you agree with the overall point? At what age should school become just "training for specific job role"?
Don't you feel that things like classic literature enrich your life? Even if it doesn't directly translate to a career? Frankly, I'm glad that I had the ability to experience things that weren't on the job training. You have 12 (or 13) years of mandatory school in the U.S., and probably 34-40 years of working. I'm glad that the first 20 years of my life weren't completely dedicated to my career.
Do you think part of this may be that the French and Swiss are on average much healthier than the typical U.S. citizen? Since our average population is so incredibly unhealthy the overall risk to insurance companies is much higher, causing costs to rise for all involved.
I'm not stating this as a fact, but asking the question.
Sure, Lois. All the sorority girls are clamoring for the plantain section. Stop with this!

I'm having fun. Should I not be? Dang.
The union in your example could mean that everyone agrees to take the deal or not, but in my opinion, in this industry it's just not worth it.
The "IT" industry is in a hiring fervor right now. Competent individuals can get a job almost immediately.

Isn't it B -> A? The article's title has it as A -> B. I find this quite distracting.

Looking more and more like I'll go pure-PC for gaming in the near future.
Is it really any better in the PC only market? Is there a big market for used PC games? Honest question, as I've been out of the loop for a while.
Probably would have held out longer.

That may be a bit short-sighted.
This post went from protecting rights to advocating for thought crime. A+ would read again.
Yeah, shouldn't have tried to do sqrt(4925) in my head :)
But at 70"X5", that's only a 65" screen by traditional diagonal measurements.
That point is made in the conclusion of the actual paper. I know it's against the rules, but I read it.

He states very bluntly that his 15 year old son "will not be a scientist". How does he know that?
Best AC post ever. I was going to ask exactly the same question. You have a Bachelor degree, why waste time on an Associates degree now?
Calm down and have another diet Coke with your double Whopper.
