computing is just around the corner... of course, it'll take 30 or mroe years to get to us mere mortals, but you can bet the US military / industrial complex will have this soon, if they do not already possess them...
Yes, one would like to think that some of these goofs out there - though smart enough to download, would also have heard tell of anti-virus programs and STOP sharing the infected crap / clean their systems occasionally...
No, the US Defense department does not outsource any of the " goodies " or cutting edge stuff - Area 51? come to mind? They only let the public(foreign gov'ts) and media see something like 2 (or more)generations old...
I think this applies to ISP accounts provided free of charge to employees... this is not a paid for service, and it applies only to employees / strikers/locked outers... merely a negotiating tactic, and I would be willing to bet, that it ends the moment the work stoppage / strike ends...
take the laptop with you, and just jump aboard any internet café, I'm sure they'll understand and assist you in maintaining security for your data... the customer is always right... even in timbuktu
see, again, those stupid yankees can't even figure out a simple temp scale... not even smart enough to switch from Imperial when the rest of the world did... getting left behind again, eh ?
sure, I can make it snow at that temp, let's see, trailer load of specially formed and sized ice, trucked in from Québec, 1 snow making machine brought in from Alberta with a trained operator for same - total initial ca$h outlay... in the order of 28 thou, at least that's what it was a couple years ago, when we did a couple snow scene commercials in mid June... I work in films btw...
and you didn't foresee the game of leapfrog the **AA were setting up? now, let's see which political entity we can convince to play catch up and give us powers to search and seize, make our own arrests without warrant... erm...
and you idiots were worried about the communists? It's quite obviously time for another revolution - to put your out of control, megalomaniac masters in their place and remind them that they SERVE the people, or leave. Either that or you will end up attacked within 10 years, by the entire world population in self protection. Let's see what you think about your United States after being conquered and split by a world community who recognizes that your masters and any shadow cabinets are an acute danger to freedom everywhere.
what kind of a useless kid are you ? letting your parents fork out top-dollar for substandard products... why didn't you or one of your buddies do a build - guaranteed cheaper AND better ?;)
personally, I'm with the poster on this... I specifically prefer the older style bare board... I like to pick and choose my components and add ons without the manu dictating to me that this is a great lan or sound provider, and then there is the turning off of these built in options in the BIOS when setting up a system...
sure, they will, it's only your tax dollars, you gots lots of those ...
another big factor is the ( drastically reduced ) low cost / lb to lift ... ...

All I want for Christmas, is Santa's list of naughty little girls ... hehehehehe

seems to keep cropping up as the most logical and harmless and cost efficient next step ...
