Seems to me like a good example of a proper fiscal conservative who strongly believes in small business . In American Politics though , I would imagine he is to the left of both main parties
I mean Liberal in the true sense , A liberal can be either a conservative or a socialist.Liberal in the political sense is the antithesis or Authoritarian . For example Stalin was left wing and Authoritarian , Hitler was Right wing and authoritarian . Where as Ralph Nader is Right wing and Liberal and Noam Chomsky is left wing and Liberal
Jack Thompson's Arguments extend well beyond the realms of minors and Violent media though . He has tried to tie Games to prolific murder cases(Columbine shooting , Washington Sniper),His notable case against the Sims 2( which was spurred on by someone trying to make him look foolish) etc.
And many on the right favour Free media : Pinochet's Chile , Hitler's Germany , mussolini's Italy , Zimbabwe,etc. This is not a case of right vs left , Its an issue of Liberal Vs authoritarian .
Feeding prejudices . The only ban is on the purchases of Nazi memorabilia , displaying the Swastika and t Any book denying the holocaust is illegal I believe (Books specifically about that are on a list) . Books and documentaries are available easily..
It's just anything promoting the Nazis that is illegal.. whilst this is a restriction on freedoms , it is the only one i have ever noticed in Germany . Unfortunately it doesn't help to stop the Neo-Nazi bastards from marching and running for election , they just have to do it under a different logo

I think we can begin to see some correlation between not playing Violent games and evil .
Which is roughly the same argument they use to say Games cause violence and it's just as specious
Once in a while the system will go into an idle mode, requiring from five minutes to half an hour to unwind. It's weird, and I almost always have to reboot. When I hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete, I see that the System Idle Process is hogging all the resources and chewing up 95 percent of the processor's cycles.
