The article, the pictures... it all seems to be too good to be true. Here's one of many of my problems with this:
The stamp.
Is this supposed to be real? It certainly looks fake. Zooming is nothing new, and I'm sure that if I took a hi-rez pic, and squeezed it into a part of another hi-rez pic, it would be cool to zoom out of too.
Now, the fact they squeezed that much data into an file for viewing on the interwebs is impressive, but I still hate Silverlight. Perhaps they can do that with some useful stuff, like footage from the JFK assassination... perhaps we can look at a reflection in glass and see that it's no Lee Harvey Oswald but actually "Cancer Man"!
Does the service have to offer browsing though? What about just email service, text only with no pix? Not much fun but I would presume *fairly* inexpensive and doable.
I saw this story on SA earlier this morning, went to the site, checked the "Myths" link, and on top Google Adwords had, I shit you not, 3 ads to sites to "Repair Internet Explorer", and one to "Get Firefox!".
It would appear the owner is a complete and total failure, way to be a living joke!
these companies would give a project money is to get something in return. Perhaps an "Optimized for..." labeling for their processor on that distro? Worked for tech n00bs on mp3 players and the like with Microsoft and their "guarantee" sticker on end-user products.
I've got to agree. If everyone is pissing sideways because they can't get their way and feel like they're getting manhandled, then how about actually complaining to your government to leave. The EU is a farse anyway, made simply as an organized trade guild of sorts. Once they can solidify their control on industry (or the internet for that matter), then let's see how happy-go-lucky Europeans are then.

I wouldn't really say I've been missing my updates...

And I am a retard... can't even link.
Google Earth already does this, scanning the international community for law breakers like the topless sunbather in Holland. e ss-sunbathing/>
