1) yes the voting system is terrible. I have played games with 40 or so friends at a time, and its impossible to get them to agree on anyhting let alone make a unified vote. So playing on a server with strangers makes it next to impossible to vote a griefer out.
2) the punish system really only works on Ranked servers. since there are so many point whores out there, i harly ever punish for a TK unless they are obviously a person who doesnt care.
3) Yes team play is a real shame here. I am glad i am not the only one who feels this way. In the beginning people worked as a team, joined squads, involved each other in teamwork. (it seems) as soon as the ranking came into effect, everyone is out for themselves. (this is a terrible side effect of stats). THe only solution i have found is to play on NON-ranked servers or server that rewuires you to join and play as a squad.
it sounds ridiculous the REQUIRE such things but otherwise everyone sits on a building with a sniper rifle and camps the entire game.:(
It not a total washout though, when the game DOES work its beautiful. "I love it when a plan comes together" !
