LMAO, Theo needs to get to help him manage the business side of things, as anyone with any business sense knows you don't piss off your customers, if you expect to get paid.

This doesn't mean you can't disagree with the customer, or think the customer is and idiot or a moron, but that you shouldn't say so in any manner that will get back to them.

If Theo were to get someone to do fund raising and marketing other than himself, I might consider donating like I did for NetBSD when they had a bit of a problem a year or so ago. But I won't unless some change is implemented to avoid past errors. I won't donate if it will be nothing but a waste of $$$.

It is possible to use drivers on a cdrom during the install for scsi controllers as well as sata controllers, they don't have to be on a floppy, it just idiotically assumes floppy by default. I have used a cdrom install sata during setup more than once.

Since When does simple mutation have anything to do with evolution?
Fundamentalist Zealots as you like to call them have no problem with mutation, it has long been know that organisms mutate. Causes for mutation include but are not necessarily limited too, Environmental changes, Chemical Exposer, Radiation, changes in diet due to the afore mentioned evironmental changes etc.

If I dump toxic waste in the woods, and the waste causes a bacteria to mutate into a killer strain that wipes out 1/4 of the worlds population, is that Evolution? Hardly.

You claim ID is nothing more than a political smokescreen, and I would agree with you.
However, the same could be said about evolution, and Neither are necessary to science.

Evolution is nothing more than an attempt by leftist, anti-christian zealots, to end christian influence in society. And for the most part, around the world it has been successful.

And Evolution isn't the theology of Agnostics and Atheists? Atheism: a religion in which one is one's own god, and one denies that there are any powers higher than themself theologically speaking. Its rather simple. I do not see why it is necessary to get into the origins of Earth, or mankind for that matter in the public school system. It isnt necessary for learning Math, nor the sciences of chemistry, geology etc, to know where the heck the world came from. Studies of the Origins of Earth and or Mankind should be reserved for the Univerity ClassRoom where students are mature enough to handle it. When its taught in the University no one is going to complain about it. When its (evolution or Creationism) taught to young mush heads between Kindergarden and the 12th grade, they are not mature enough to make an informed decision on such issues.

You are correct in that the design wasn't intended to slow down the typist. However, the purpose of the layout and putting the keys on different hands was meant to prevent mechanical jamming before the advent of the modern electrical typewriter. Therefore Since the old machines wouldn't jam as often, in theory the design was intended to speed up the typeist this making them more productive.
