I used to be in IT field.. most of my job dealt with problems. So I quit and opened a Shaved Ice stand 6 years ago.. best move ever. First few years were tough as I worked every day. Now I'm off on weekends and half day Fridays! People are always happy to see me and the hours are set. (IT field can have you working at night and weekends)
Vampire, does that really make sense? Did he call his story into/.? Family and friends are relaying the comments back to him?
Eleventypie, thank you! Hoooah!
Also, you can file BBB complaints online.
I too give career day presentations every year. I found if you give them free stuff, they'll love you no matter what you say. How about opening up a hard drive to show them the platters and explain how fast they spin and how close the arm is. then translate it to a 747 flying 600mph 6" above the ground. They seem to love anything you give them. Maybe print out some cool technical picture and give each one a copy of it..?? make sure you take a few things to pass around just so they can touch. Since they are about 9 years old, compare today's tech to 1999's. sizes/speeds.
I was exchange admin few years back. We had approx. 250-300 users. Problem with corporate email is the large amount of redundant files. (30 people with the same pps) Stress use of network storage for such items. Also remove attachments from email, but keep the message. That helps as well. We didn't have a real strict limit, but went after people over 1GB. 13 is obsurd. Force people to comply by limiting access when they hit a predetermined limit. If you aren't VERY strict when first deployed, they will walk all over an exchange admin.. Remember, their emails are far more important than anyone elses!
Dyson made a better vacuum in his garage. (technology which all vacuum companies use now)

I'd shoot for a Compaq N200. You can also get a Compaq TC1000 tablet cheap. The N200 is really slim and small. 10" screen, 700Mhz, etc...
Scotty's ashes were found at Mare Tranquilitatis, New Mexico.

Isn't Supra Telecom a Costa Rican company?
