    Logic fails you, more than one in ten will get no protection from the vaccine anyway. they are the same as the un-inocculated in your arguments. it doesn't matter if a parent chooses to add one more to the ranks of tens of millions.

    no, Sally and Henry will not die because they have greater chance of being struck by lightening than coming down with the diease. And your 95% is absurdly high number, more like one in ten likely will get no protection from the vaccine anyway. once you accept that over ten million will be unaffected by the vaccine and have no protection anyway, your argument comes crashing down.

    no, in illinois (and many other states) the courts have ruled the police have no implicit duty to ensure your safety or to protect you.

    In most places, the actual function of the police is to maintain the order. They may protect and defend and help you, and I'm very, very thankful for those that have done so for me, relatives, and friends. But, expect to be disappointed.....

    you are confused, modularity is about integrating parts into a single module and reducing part counts. It is the best solution targeting the majority of use cases, not the fringe hobbyist. look at your motherboard sometime, already hundreds of components already soldered in (see those little diodes, resistors, and capacitors? you would have them separately replaceable?)

    why this guy whines the PC would be dead by such a move? those that change CPU are a very very tiny niche and there is no money to be made pandering to them for any multi-billion dollar corporation. just a bunch of troublesome warranty voiders from Intel's point of view. The desktop PC is an appliance to most. soldering in the CPU cuts cost and makes for easier modular replacement with less troubleshooting if something goes wrong. I'm surprised its 2012 and this wasn't done a decade ago.

    They've lowered the amount of usable screen space though. also the number of tasks that can be dealt with in an efficient manner as opposed to a mature windowing environment. Raising the level of uselessness, as it were.
