That seems to be a distinct if somewhat distant possibility. Google has slowly been on the rise for the past years. There would be no end of support for this type of venture considering the anti-Microsoft sentiment. Google might receive help from Linux as well, extending the relationship started witht he FireFox project.
That's really great but I think the world needs to concentrate more on our space programs. We went to the moon in the sixties. We should have moon bases and be exploring Mars by now. Not circling our tiny globe.
It all a good idea as it helps gamers become more informed. If it keeps a few bucks in my pocket than I am a happy customer. I like to read most anything games-oriented so I say bring it on...
Sounds like an interesting game. I wonder who they pay to sit around and think up new puzzle games. Being a programmer myself I know it is not easy to think of puzzle ideas. Do some people have jobs where they sit around all day and think up ideas for puzzle games. I wonder if we will see clones of this on PC and consoles in the future...
It might not be wise for Nokias to keep to N-Gage going. With the advent of the DS, PSP, and maybe even the GBA2 the market will be flooded and most likely people will go with the more well known names of Nintendo and Sony. Other handhelds in the past like the NeoGeo Pocket Color failed even though they were better than the competition simply because they were not well known.
Indeed, that is the current sentiment as he managed to do a spledid job of botching the last two. Maybe if Episode III is better the public opinion might change. You also have to look at the fact that George Lucas is making tons of money of these movies. Why not make some more?
Does Star Wars really need trailers? People will see it anyway just because it is "Star Wars". I wonder if this will be the last one or if George Lucas will make more...
I'm sure twenty years ago you could have shown people pictures of today's technology and they would say the same thing: "Not going to happen". I wouldn't doubt it. I'm sure there are ways around the difficulties.
All this talk about GBA2 and backwards compatability started me thinking. What if instead of making a completely new system, they took there current console, the GameCube, and made it a handheld? The disks are already the right size, so conceiveably they could be played on a handheld no bigger than a PSP. And it would more than compete with a PSP. The system would have an enormous lineup of games at launch and this would therefore boost its compatabilty. Also it would help the Revolution's sales as people would not feel they were having to ditch the GameCube. Developers would save money by not having to develop for an entirely new system, just the same one in a separate package. This would be a good move for Nintendo in my opinion. They are in no way going out of business but they need to get it together for the next round in the console wars. This move might secure there place in the future.
And I am sure that that is 99.9% of Microsoft's revenue.
Who really cares who made DOS? Is anyone still making money off of it? I don't think it is for bragging rights...

Maybe not but we haven't really been focusing on our space programs much at all. Although new moon missions are in the works...

Should gun companies be held responsible for the murders people commit with them?
