"No, that guy just managed to say something that agrees with your opinion. That doesn't mean he is right"
Multiple court cases have laid out that he and I are both right.
Sorry you don't understand that sitting right there and doing nothing, let alone shielding the offending officer in a form or fashion in his favor, is at minimum conspiracy to commit or witness, plus acting as an accessory.
Too bad you have zero sense of the law, nor have you read anything about the law.
As an example, direct from Mississippi, Conspiracy to Witness (my charge) 10 years MINIMUM. Actually committing the crime? Much less time.
Have you forgotten that most states have punishments grossly out of proportion to the crime? Kill someone? 10-15 years and you could be out. Rape? Your ass is gone for 20+
No citations needed, there's hundreds of thousands of public court records for that in every state.
"Now imagine your manufacturing process rocks, and all parts end up in the "A" bin. Do you sell them all for $300 and not offer anything to your $200 customers? No, you design in a way to offer "A" parts as "B" parts."
That would be false advertising or bait and switch.
"I think you don't understand what's going on. Intel is giving everyone more options"
You don't understand what's going on, so let someone actually involved in the semiconductor industry lay it down for you.
The only extra choices you're being given are "You are no longer doing this yourself and you must pay us for the privilege of tinkering with your hardware" and "If you don't like it, walk away."
It's artificial market segmentation. It is dishonest, it is unethical, and the fact that you support it means you're either just as corrupt, or just as stupid.
That's not even remotely close to what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about starting with a blank space, you make a movement or gesture, a sphere appears. You start "grabbing" the sphere and start creating a model. There is nothing to interact with besides what you see on screen. You 'rotate' the sphere, it rotates on screen.
Any stress on the plastic layers would cause a split in the mica layer, it's that brittle. You can flake it off with finger-pressure, the same amount of pressure woud cause fractures and data corruption.

It's apparent you don't.

This guy managed to get it right. How did you fail to do so?

Are you guys this late in the game or what? WPA2 is crap and was blown open fairly easily.
"or of the press;"
No interpretation. This woman acted as an independent press agent capturing a news story.
PERIOD.
Jail Time - Conspiracy to Witness - 10 years.
It was good enough to land me in prison, it's good enough for this fucker.
"Food production creates carbon emissions"
Yes, if it's livestock. Plants on the other hand act as carbon sinks.
This guy's simply talking out of his ass. Nothing to see or worry about here, move along and ignore the twit.
"You only count the raw manufacturing cost of turning a lump of silicon in a working CPU."
I see someone never took a basic logistics course. You think manufacturing is the ONLY expense counted?
"Now imagine your manufacturing process rocks, and all parts end up in the "A" bin. Do you sell them all for $300 and not offer anything to your $200 customers? No, you design in a way to offer "A" parts as "B" parts."

"Do you honestly expect an E6400 to be physically different from an E6420 except for a couple jumper slugs?"
Actually, yes, because we don't use jumpers anymore. Do you even know we laser-lock chips nowdays, and have been since like, the GeForce 6 series?
Plenty of physical difference, especially in the fact half of the die is unusable due to laser-locking.
The last known pricing scheme was $50 to unlock your processor.

Hello, instant heatsink pad.
Oh, you run Eunuchs?
How about creating a gesture-based 3d modeling program? Act like you're sculpting out stuff in a 3d space and instant model!
Keep it secret, pwn everyone quietly.
First rule of hacking - you don't say shit.
DEFCON is for poseurs.
Spoken like someone that truly has zero clue.
Man can make it, man can break it, it's just that simple.
You're doing it WRONG. ZSNES and SNES9x work with every single game I've ever tested on a 400Mhz Celeron.
You don't know how the NES and SNES games were programmed, do you? HEAVILY dependent upon clock cycle.
Wikipedia has no real-life experience.
I have stuff from block mica to yellowcake uranium ore. I know mica is nowhere near suitable in uses such as plastic discs.
Any stress on the plastic layers would cause a split in the mica layer, it's that brittle. You can flake it off with finger-pressure, the same amount of pressure woud cause fractures and data corruption.
Go over your Moh's hardness scale again - Mica is TOO SOFT to be usable as ANY layer. It's very brittle as well and not quite transparent.
They get their stuff from me.
