I can think of no right or privilege I have ever been denied due to my pasty skin and tiny wiener. FHA home loan? Check! Federal student financial aid? Check! Car loan? Check! Getting released from the TSA after giving them the bird? Check! Voting? Check! Great job? Check! I've never been called a racist, or any other names either.
Very interesting quote. Thank you. Also agree with the acceptance speech. If that guy (instead of the one we've seen for the last 14 months) can be in office for four years, we might not be so bad off. Maybe Ben Carson's theory about two Trumps is correct.
How is a virtual wall going to be any more effective at catching people who overstay their visas. That's where most of the "illegals" come from. Some estimates are over half a million a year. Plus, the last time there was tighter border security, it actually increased net immigration because people were afraid to leave.
Most of the implementation of the ACA is set up in rules, not laws. These are trivial for the executive branch to dick around with. He doesn't even have to repeal it to gut it.
I have said this from the get go. Donald J. Trump is the president America deserves. Take that however you will. Some will take pride in it, and some will wear it as a badge of shame. We are a brash, facile, celebrity-obsessed people, afraid of what we don't understand.
Which rights have the SJWs taken away? Can you name even one? How have they been "attacking America"? Are you one of those people who believe granting rights to others somehow takes away your own rights? Who are "we"? From whom have you won America back? None of this rhetoric even makes sense.
You have the Pence miscarriage thing wrong, although the truth of the matter isn't much better. Please don't give the nut-jobs any falsities to latch onto, because then they will ignore the rest of your post.
My wife used to work for a company that controlled the thermostats of all of its satellite locations remotely. It's called micromanagement. Basically, if her patients were uncomfortable, the only thing she could do was apologize. But it saved the company hundreds of dollars per site each year, so that's totally worth it, right?
Facebook isn't spreading information any more than the blankets gave smallpox to the Indians. The people using the platform are the ones responsible for its spreading of misinformation. As long as idiots can't learn to think for themselves and do an occasional reality check, lies will win out every time. Facebook just allows it to happen more frequently, with a broader appeal, and a sheen of believability (is that a word?), since it comes "from" people you know. (even though in reality it comes from Palmer Lucky, who coincidentally was made a near billionaire with Facebook's money)
Very clear indeed. He said "when you vote, you are a citizen," trying to clear up the confusing question. The implication is that if you are not a citizen you do not vote. Contrapositive statements have the same truth value as the original. He then elaborated that the votes of citizens with undocumented family members will not result in ICE knocking on your door. The question is poorly asked, but the answer cannot be parsed in the manner you seem determined to parse it.
I was about to write a pithy response to you, but I did a little research first. I verified that if both of your parents are US citizens and they have lived in the US before you were born, you are automatically a citizen. But what surprised me was that if you are a citizen who was born and lived elsewhere (i.e. not in the US ever), and you marry another US citizen who was born and lived elsewhere, this automatic citizenship does not carry forward to your children. So basically all of the US citizens who were illegally deported in the 30s would have had children who were citizens, but their grandchildren were not automatically entitled to citizenship unless one parent had lived in the US.
That being said, there are probably still hundreds of thousands of "illegal immigrants" who are probably actually citizens. Figuring it out would be nigh impossible, though.
Unfortunately, the Nash Equilibrium of our two-party system is exactly what got us into this mess. Rubio, Kasich, and Cruz would not cooperate early on in the primary process, and we end up with this shit show.
So are you saying that people are so hungry for "real" news, that they will take fake "real" news over real "fake" news? It reminds me of that line from The American President "People don't drink the sand because they're thirsty; they drink the sand because they don't know the difference"
So only people in relationships can be in the gene pool? Tell that to bubba down the street with baby-mommas all over his truck route. There's only one "relationship" required to pass on genetic information, and it doesn't involve any of the stuff you mentioned.
None of that matters. My wife is a reasonable person in most respects. But before we got engaged, I tried to explain to her the uselessness of diamond jewelry. I suggested maybe we spend the money on a laptop or furniture. She damn near broke up with me over it. Very strange how such an inherently foolish gesture has been marketed as the only way to show a woman that you truly love her.
... force a divorced woman to render sexual favors to her ex-husband as long as he keeps up his payments because that is the lifestyle that *he* got used to.
Wait... some people have sex after they get married? I must have missed that memo.
Citation needed. I find it very hard to believe that any engineer would intentionally leave out a trivial safety measure like this. A quick search of eBay finds this. So clearly some of their washing machines have vibration sensors. In fact, Samsung has something the call "Vibration Reduction Technology. According to their website:
VRT® Technology
Samsung washers use VRT® Technology (Vibration Reduction Technology). VRT® is a system that Samsung has developed to reduce high RPM vibrations drastically.
Important
With VRT®, when the washer spin cycle reaches approximately 400 RPM, it pauses and vibrates for a few moments.
As it pauses and vibrates, it checks the load balance, and then the VRT® technology identifies the spot where the load is unbalanced.
Once the washing machine "sees" the load is properly balanced, the spin cycle continues and ramps up to maximum RPM with minimal vibration.
That is pretty much the opposite of saying no to a feature. In fact, they worked hard to develop it and make it work better.
What kind of results? Fraudulent ones that only benefit himself. Look at the history around his various resorts and casinos. He has left a crapflood in his wake.
I once got asked by a senior engineer to do something unethical/illegal. I emailed my boss asking for verification. The response was swift: "If you do this, I will fire you." Score one for the good guys!

In my neighborhood, I knew Trump won because they started shooting -- I'm gonna hope -- fireworks at 1:45 AM.

I can think of several poets who would take issue with your assertion. Brief does not equal vapid. (115 characters)

Yes, diamonds in the wedding band are very common. Have been for about 20 years. Even some men sport bands with a stone (or stones) in them.

I have to do this with HR all the time. Those ladies are super slippery.
It's sorta like how SJW means "anybody who is more respectful than I am." Alt-right means "anybody who can think of a reason to vote for Trump."
