And back in the real world humans are better. I keep seeing silly contrived examples like this with artificial tests and they don't mean much. Shoot some video, for example from a cab drivers 1 hour of journey in a busy city, then ask some hazard perception questions, wake me up when a computer can get anywhere near recognising 90% of what humans can recognise, including the ability to properly categorise objects, animals and people.

Steam is no longer supporting Bitcoin
As of today, Steam will no longer support Bitcoin as a payment method on our platform due to high fees and volatility in the value of Bitcoin.

In the past few months we've seen an increase in the volatility in the value of Bitcoin and a significant increase in the fees to process transactions on the Bitcoin network. For example, transaction fees that are charged to the customer by the Bitcoin network have skyrocketed this year, topping out at close to $20 a transaction last week (compared to roughly $0.20 when we initially enabled Bitcoin). Unfortunately, Valve has no control over the amount of the fee.

Bitcoin is lauded for being decentralised but soon the only people willing to host the blockchain will be big businesses.

It's not a crime in the UK where we don't have the god awful DMCA laws, it's just something annoying that sad people do, probably mostly kids. People need to get some perspective.

In the UK we don't have free speech laws AFAIK and you'd get slapped with a fine for littering pretty fast I expect (I'm not a lawyer). The newspaper on a lawn thing doesn't happen here, it rains too much and you'd risk having someone throwing it straight back at you!
