Makes sense to marry the two fields... after all, biology at it's most simple interpretation comes down to a positive or negative particle. Plus - minus, one - zero... see??
Hey there...
I'm a transplanted haole on Maui and "em" is a common term uttered here. "em" or "them" as in "them" the noun, examples...
git em -
fix em -
loose em -
break em -
smack em -
- or -
save em...
get em???
I love it!
I think it's a question of balance. Tech isn't inherently going to make your kid an introvert. YOU as a Dad need to make sure the child gets to see nature, the outdoors, learn where meat and milk and vegatables come from.
Once they are in tune with nature and they have access to computers, help them to realis that the internet can teach them many things that can be acted out in "meatspace" not in some virtual shoot-em-up world.
You can't just click and download a life...
