To be quite honest, my method of protecting the country may be morally "wrong," but in order to do good you have to do what is wrong at times. This type action would cause other countries to thoroughly think out any descision that they would make with reguards to the USA. There would still be terrorists, but a policy of holding the country that they are trained in responsable for their actions would cause these countries to do everything they can to stop terrorist efforts.
I agree with you. Though, I wish we could get the same firepower out of non-nuclear weapons. I'm not much for risking the raidation being blown back to America. I do agree with the "Level anyone who attacks us" mentality (I personally suggested turning anywhere that Bin Laden was into a plate of glass a couple years ago).
Your partially correct. A hitman only aims for the face when the shot will be powerful enough to destroy the primary functions of the brain (side, between the eyes, and back in most cases). However, the primary organ that a hitman would target is the heart (if he/she is not wearing a bulletproof vest). This is because the victim needs to have his blood completely circulating within about twenty seconds (average person) of the destruction of his heart and shooting the victim in the face may not even damage the brain (ie: mouth, cheeks, nose from side).
Assuming that this is not a fake (which it most likely is), the store was doomed to failure from the start. Here are several basic flaws in your business model:
Clean music, like Christian Rock, does not sell nearly as well as non-clean music
Your store made the same fatal mistake as the entire Music Industry, it attempted to resist the sell of music online.
CD's have not been the perferred way to store music for several years.
As to why you business is in immediate danger:
You should not threaten customers. When word gets around, considering that you sell "Family Music," you will lose about three forths of your business.
If your having money troubles, then you should have let go of some useless employees, scaled back the size of the store, and/or spent more to advertise
Most importantly, if the threatened customer has any sense, you and your business will be charged with assult.

...that we stop feeding the fools in the RIAA and MPA money. If we show them what kind of money they lose by attacking their customers, then maybe they'll stop being so sue-happy. Here's my full purposal:
1) Stop BUYING music
2) Stop listening to the radio
3) Stop going to concerts
4) Only listen to music that you already own or have not bought
If we can cut off the source of their cash (ie: us) then they'll have to come up with a business plan and maybe begin competing with each other for our money. If not, then the power should return to the artist's hands.
I personally switched for several reasons:
1) Linux is cheaper
2) It gives the user more power
3) Apache's easy to set up and run
4) Easy to log onto the machine from everywhere else
