Err, you guys know they make solar filters for telescopes? I used to watch sunspots and solar eclipses all the time. My eye sight is still perfect (except for presbyopia now that I'm getting old - hard to focus on up close items).
None of the US Territories that had Olympic Teams are "incorporated" areas, and therefore Bush is not their President. They do not vote for the President, they send no electors to the Electoral College, and they each have their own governments.
Perhaps you should do a bit of reaearch before making offhand comments?
I did, in fact, watch the entire broadcast. The countries were not broadcast in that order.
I watched the entire broadcast (TiVo'd it) and was so impressed, I stayed up until 4am and watched it all over again. While I don't have the countries memorized in the order they appeared, but from what I do remember, it seems about the same as on the Wikipedia article. The US came in about 2/3 of the way down the list in the broadcast and they're #139 of 204 in Wikipedia (or roughly 2/3 of the way down the list).
I did notice that a number of small countries got very short screen times and seemed "clipped", so I guess they edited out some content to shorten up the whole thing.
Instead of forwarding mail from your server to gmail, setup gmail to pick up mail from your server automatically. SPF shouldn't fire in that case. It's under Settings/Accounts/Get mail from other systems. If you have POP3 access to your current mailbox, it's trivial to setup.
Hook the Vonage box up to your cable / DSL modem, then hook the router up to your Vonage box. This way, Vonage can starve the network when you're on the phone.
No, they don't have a profile feature, but with Blockbuster you can take a mailed movie into the store and get a movie out of the store to watch instantly. The store then mails your movie back to Blockbuster for you. In essence, you get double the number of movies that you sign up for - if you have a "three at a time" plan, you can return those three at a store and get another three from the store immediately, then you get another three in the mail a day or two later.
A hammer is to put nails in wood. A gun is to kill people. Do you realize that they make guns to put nails in wood? They even use.22 short rounds (same as in small revolvers).
Being visibly armed is a threat. And also the story seemed to be thin on details. it looks like they were on parkland, and someone came and harassed them. I looked at the google map included in the link. Parkland is colored green. There was plenty of parkland around the location, but the location marker itself was outside of any green areas by like a mile.
I dunno why people always think a fear of firearms is irrational, it is a device made for the sole purpose of killing or wounding a living creature, it does so in an instant with the twitch of a finger. Oh no!
All of my handguns must be broken, since they've never killed or wounded any living creature!
I notice that in the link you provided, access rights DO NOT EXIST for "houses... and associated land" - a ranch would qualify under this definition, so access rights would not apply.
Helps if you provide actual evidence that you're wrong.;-)
The laws you're talking about provide access rights to public land and limited access over private land to REACH public land.
In Minnesota, they wait until the lakes freeze, drive out to the middle of a lake, then call OnStar. And listen to the person freaking when they think that you're stuck in the middle of a lake and calling for help.
Slaving away like a serf for a king is very 1300s.
Actually, serfs in the middle ages had 80 holidays per year, their leige lord was required to invite them to 2 feasts a year, and they worked off their rent and tax obligations for the year in 60 days - the rest of the year they were working for their own betterment. Is your life so good? Can you earn enough in 60 days to pay your entire tax and rent (or mortgage) obligation for the year? Does your boss take you and your family out to a feast twice a year? Do you get 80 holidays off a year?
Oh come on. The FBI hasn't needed warrants to tap phones since Clinton signed the "Roving Wiretap Act" which gave the FBI the ability to tap anyone's phone without a warrant. It's not the Patriot acts that gave that one away...

Err, the program did not start "a few weeks after Bush took office."
The program started during the Clinton administration, in the first two years when Congress was still held by the Democrats.
