Yes, I'm sure if you were Tookie Williams and you murdered those four people (that you got caught for murdering) you would be doing whatever you could to deny it, or get nominated for a Nobel peace prize, or whatever to avoid the penalty for your crimes. I say simply use drugs to explore someone's innocence if they get convicted. If I were innocent on death row and someone offered weight of conviction based upon any sort of truth serum I'd be begging for it. Tookie didn't, though, because he bragged about those murders multiple times.

I did buy it! I have a business contract with Cox that guarantees 80 Mbps down and they have not once complied. BTW, Cox had a monopoly in my suburb until AT&T U-Verse came along. AT&T promptly broke the damn network throughout most of must suburb; Cox blamed them; and then nothing worked correctly for three months while they supposedly fixed in (three years ago) and we still have crap service. I'm working in England and I barely get 1 Mpbs from my Cox business network when I'm trying to transfer anything from home to here because of the crap network Cox has forced on us through bribing politicians in the San Diego area. In Cambridgeshire England, Virgin Media is operating at 162 Mbps down/30Mbps up at $50 a month on a residential account with no caps. While I have no caps on the Cox business account, it's because I pay $140 a month. Cox is shit, and you're a shill for supporting the monopoly. Let Virgin Media move into town, or Google. We'll see what the costs are then. In the meantime, it's just more corruption that we've come to expect from the monopolies in the top ISPs. I fully expect someone to try and explain next that 640K of memory is all I should ever need.

I hope you have such passion when it comes to the families molested and murdered by the large majority of the citizens you're defending. When they whined and bitched about Tookie Williams dying in 2005, the State was the only entity able to talk for convenience store clerk Albert Owens, 26, and motel owners Yen-I Yang, 76, Tsai-Shai Chen Yang, 63, and their daughter Yee-Chen Lin, 43. That's because Tookie, the co-founder of the L.A. Cribs, murdered them with a shotgun. But at least three of those people were yellow and one was white; but it was okay as Tookie stated he was going to kill "all white people". He simply got his skin shades wrong that day. Funny that Mike Farrell, Jesse Jackson, and Jamie Foxx never showed up at the families' of the victims houses and said it was a shame that the victims' lives were wasted by being murdered.

I think the State should step up and use EVERY means possible to assure guilt. Once a jury of your peers convicts you, let an independent group come in with drugs to evaluate/interrogate the convict. Certainly no one screaming about percentage chances of innocence should have a problem with this solution.

You're insane. I'm a normal user currently in England that pulled the plug in general that receives 100% of my entertainment, hobby, and work products via networks. I VTC regularly all over the world. It's a fairly common practice. The masters classes my flatmate is currently taking transferred at around 40GB this late month alone, much less our constant streaming from around 20 different sources. Virgin Media in England is doing just fine and is the competition that is improving that common user's experience. Comcast is a monopolistic robber baron that refuses to invest in infrastructure since they have bribed the local politicians to screw over their own constituents. I care about caps. Funny enough, back in California (where I am a citizen) people are quickly learning about caps and it is one of the issues that will get people voting against the one-sided blocks out there.
