I second that sound does not work with the Delta cards. Very annoying bug considering it worked fine in 9.04.

  2. Enterprise Software on Allegedly Rigged Product Demo In SAP Suit Goes Missing · · Score: 1

The real problem is... All "Enterprise" software sucks because of what they say it does. They try to come off as a nearly complete solution to your problem. 5 years down the road when you actually complete it, you could have written a very similar/better product from scratch. But they give an excellent sales pitch to people who dont know better, and of course they buy it. This happens when non-technical people runtechnical parts of the business. Just like you wouldn't have a Software Engineer running HR you shouldn't have a MBA choosing the foundation for your system.

  3. Re:$31 for pressed CDs? on Amazon & TuneCore To Cut Out the RIAA Middleman · · Score: 1

I'm not sure you understand the problem. The problem is to make money and sell your music to as many people as possible. Completely ignoring the vast majority of people without phones capable of downloading music doesn't make sense. I would say in this case if you are trying to fix peoples choice of phone, you are indeed solving the wrong problem.

The XBox is much more prone to scratching then your average non-car-CD player. My small sub woofer housed on the same floor as my XBox caused it scratch my game while I was seated 15ft away on the couch. My sub was not on very loud. But apparently loud enough to shake the floor a little bit. So the instructions should read: "Do not move the console while a disc is in the drive, dear god do not walk around the house when a disc is in the drive, turn off all bass on your entertainment system, do not play during periods of strong winds, etc etc"

  5. Re:Failure on The Pressures on the Next Nintendo Console · · Score: 1

I dont think the Gamecube failed. It is exactly like all the other Nintendo systems(Minus the Virtual Boy). All there systems make money, and alot of it. Plus they always have the games that are pure fun, unlike the 340 hour Final Fantasy 15 game that will be on the ps3. I probably will be making Wii the one system i've bought since the gamecube purely for the Tennis game, and the guaranteed duck hunt sequel.

So Bob builds a bathroom. But its a real nice bathroom so he charges an admission fee. But once anyone pays that admission fee Bob has been paid to build that bathroom and he no longer owns it and that bathroom is now public domain.

Ok stupid example but, An artist records a song, that song is released on CD 1 person buys that CD and now everyone owns that song. That is stupid, obviously that song belongs to the artist untill the artist is dead and longer if he leaves it to his estate.

If I record my work I should be able to do what ever I want with it. If I want to charge $100 an album then I can cause I own it I can set any price I want. No one has the right to listen to my stuff unless they have met my conditions for listening to it. Just like you cant enter my house without my permission.

With that being said it would be stupid to charge $100 an album but I damn well could if I wanted to.
