I got a cross pen tablet about three years ago. Although at first I was VERY happy with it, I soon became frustrated. 1: it does something really weird to the com port and ties it up. 2: My Ricochet interfered on RF frequency with it. 3: after about 3 months it started to skip around. I would go into photoshop and press down witht he pencil tool in the same spot. I got marks ALL over the screen. 4: No linux support. I guess the tech just wasn't ready yet. Interestingly, I never noticed a problem with switiching from mouse to keyboard. What I am waiting for is retinal tracking or whatever. Where you look and the mouse follows and you do something (stopping down the pupil? blowing in a tube?) to make it click. Another posibility could be those little things that quadraplegics use to move the wheelchair around. I just don't want to use my hands at all!
A while back there was an article that talked about how something jsut like this could really screw MS over. It was detailing exactly how linux could ake over the super low pc market and rock the industry! Who knows the URL?
your last name was microsoft. Your whole family would probably be sued out of existance. Seriously though, I would think that in that situation you would only lose if you were somehow dilluting the trademark ie: if Mr. Reznor was selling industrial heaters or something else in that market...
I did a quick search on altavista and found this article with one picture and here is that piture a little bigger.

From what i saw earlier I think the camera leaves a lot to be desired and may be leaving artifacts... i would really like to see infrared actually.
