    I guess that it being a cat is the most obvious reference possible. As for it being the Cheshire Cat, I suppose that it's because said cat can willfully be either comprised as a regular cat, an abnormal cat (composed of say, just a head), or nothing at all.

    The fact is that the BBC is known for its objectivity. I know a lot of American who only get their news from there because they regard the American press as either too liberal or too conservative. (Or more often than not, too sensationalistic or too "fluffy.")

    ...and with that, Mr. Murdoch can bog right off and come back when he's willing to pry the BBC from our cold, dead hands.

    The fact that the punishment is disproportionate doesn't make the fact that this should be on equal footing with drunk driving any less true. I agree that both crimes should warrant less time in the locker, but it is good that Utah legislature is being objective instead of applying sanctimonious populism.

    Note: The Voice and Video support in pidgin-2.6.1 is a bit fragile. You MUST have the latest version of farsight2 and the stack of libraries it requires. You may also need to open ports on your firewall to allow it to connect.

    To say the ruddy least. I've been trying to connect to friends' GTalk clients and it just doesn't work (although a couple of times I've managed to hear them).

    Perhaps someone's said it already, I cba to read every reply--the right to remain silent went before the right not to self-incriminate. Guilt can be inferred by silence.

    Speaking of non-experts, a small anecdote: My A-level pure maths teacher was fired the next year. Absolutely clueless and unable to teach. The only reason she was noticed by the maths administration was that one student had the guts to approach the head of maths with a complaint. Much kudos to him. Needless to say, only the top few and those with private tutors passed that year. Keep in mind that that was one of the highest rated (state) schools in the UK.

    Agreed, but in this case it IS a fact. Go look up the definition of theft. It is not the same as IP infringement.

    Again, im not debating if IP infringement is right or wrong as that is a totally different discussion, the only point im making here is that its NOT theft. The continued labeling of it as theft is dishonest marketing.


    I'm sure that can be changed. If it is repeated. Over and over and over and over. Hell, you've already adopted thinking in terms intellectual property, now all we need is for you to drop the intellectual prefix.

    Although if you have a mac, you also should try the latest Webkit build too. Its ridiculously fast.

    It's "ridiculously" fast on GNU+Linux too. I suggest building midori or epiphany trunk with it.
