Its disabled on the phones shipping now the first couple of months band 4 lte was fully functional which while worthless on AT&T for the most part does allow use of it on the new T-Mobile LTE network which is on band 4. Google eventually updated the Nexus 4 which killed the accidental LTE support so now you have rollback and use an old modem firmware and certain roms like CM10

I doubt google had anything to do with the Nexus lacking AT&T LTE support and a lot more to do with LG cutting everything it could while optimizing for flagship performance. There is a reason LTE is disabled on the Nexus 4 now

  5. Re:Are they Sequels? on Disney Announces "One Star Wars Movie Per Year" Plan · · Score: 1

Well Disney is doing Marvel universe movies every year so a Star Wars based movie might not be so bad since they can do sequels or prequels maybe they'll do a series of Revan movies or a Yoda movie it's hard to say given what they have to pick from. Though I wouldn't expect them to hold to the canon histories exactly which will piss off the star wars nerds but to be more like how they're doing IronMan and the Avengers movies compared to the comics.

Jobs left because you can't pay someone $30+ an hour and hope to compete with someone in asia being paid $5 a week or even $5 a hour in mexico among other things. Shareholder profits are a small part of the problem but everyone loves to place all the blame on the owners of a business for wanting to make money if you aren't allowed to make a profit might as well not bother. Besides most companies can't afford to run year after year in the red they aren't the federal government or California.
