I wasn't born then, so I guess I'll have to wait till 12:34 pm on May 6, 2078...
"HTC however purchased QTEK and another company I cannot remember, or partnered, either way, to begine selling directly to the public"The name of the company you couldn't remember is Dopod, HTC just bought a $150m stake.http://www.physorg.com/news68740895.html
It's the speed at which the news is reported that is remarkable, not the comments.Last 3 articles:Office 2003 Beta 1 - Digg posted 17 hours before SlashdotUN Summit - Digg posted 14 hours before SlashdotWGA / Firefox - Digg posted 11 hours before SlashdotSlashdot has a far superior comments system, but in terms of news, Digg is usually about half a day in front.

the REAL power is in Windows EMACS Damn, i walked right into that one...
Has anyone else realised that 'Vista' may not be as dumb as it initially sounds? Windows Vista will likely be shortened to: Windows VI 'VI' in Roman Numerals is six. Guess what version Windows Vista will be? 6.0... Either this is a smart marketing name, or I'm slightly paranoid...
Will it run on x86?
Removing all network connections? I agree entirely, that's a very safe solution for a server. We should also remove all doors and windows from buildings to make them more secure.
More specifically ISA 2004. Yes, probably not the most popular view on here, but if your Windows Server is running IIS/Exchange 2003 over SSL or RRAS - there are few firewalls that match ISA 2004 in terms of features. For example: - Application layer filtering- VPN quarantine- HTTP filtering- SMTP screening- Intrusion Detection & Protection- User-level management I could go on, but I'd hate to be flamed to oblivion ;)
