Chapter 4 “Organs of Extreme Perfection And Complication” “To suppose that the eye with all its inimitable contrivances for adjusting the focus to different distances, for admitting different amounts of light, and for the correction of spherical and chromatic aberration, could have been formed by natural selection, seems, I freely confess, absurd in the highest degree.” Page 215. Inimitable: : not capable of being imitated. Absurd: : ridiculously unreasonable, unsound. Darwin gives proof, in his own words, that his theory is "absurd in the highest degree"!

  6. Re:Happens quite often on Magnetic Pole Shift Affects Tampa Airport · · Score: 0

Its a change in magnetic variation (deviation is the discrepency in a magnetic compass due to its electromagnitic surroundings). Happens all the time. It's only when the change exceeds certain tollerances that they change the runway numbers. And those tollerances all depend on when that particular airport was last numbered.

Cloudstar's statement is true. We have a saying: "East is Least and West is Best". Back in the days of VORs, when plotting a course, you ADD (West) or Subtract (East) to your planned Compass Heading by the Magnetic Deviation for your flight path. Where I live, it's 7West. I haven't flown for 15 years now.

This is NEWS? Nokia Makes multi-touch interactive display made of Ice "Touchscreens have been with us for quite some time now and we have seen all kind of them, resistive touch, capacitive, multi-touch, etc. However, Nokia’s research lab in Tampere, Finland has developed a rather unique kind of touchscreen, a touchscreen made of ice. Well to be honest it’s not really a touchscreen for everyday use, nor is it very portable as the rig includes a projector and some infrared cameras which are connected to a computer, but after all it’s a touch screen made out of ice and that is quite remarkable. Nokia says that this “Playful experiment” reveals that interactive touch displays can be built anywhere and we are very sure that Mr. Freeze from Batman will be highly interested in the project. Watch the MAGIC ice in action after the break."

I have been working in Cleveland for the last 38 years. I live outside of Cleveland. The REAL Reason that The Democrats prefer Paper Ballots is that it is Extremely Difficult to Register and have DEAD PEOPLE VOTE! This has been an Issue that the media tends to 'overlook' and 'play-down'. Check on the last Presidential Election and you will find stories about Dead People Voting. Paper Ballots are easy to "Flood" into the voting process. It hard to drag Dead Bodies into the touch Screen Voting Booths. One 'Lady' was convicted of receiving a large amount of money from a Democrat, which was used to pay others to "Stuff" the election boxes with Phoney Ballots. WKYC TV3, NEWS TV5, WJW Fox8, and other Cleveland TV stations are, in my opinion, covering up this issue. Check the Cleveland News Papers and TV Stations archives for the details.
