    India is different, because most of the work being done in India by its very nature lends itself to remote development. That in fact is the the reason that that work went to India. In US, companies do work that requires them to be agile and continuously innovate in order to be ahead of the market. The dynamics of business and technology change at a very rapid pace, as a result teams need to communicate more closely to understand and resolve tension arising due to rapid pace. For example in my team, as we work on the next version of our product, the team dynamics becomes highly charged, because people working are highly passionate about their ideas and the product, and email/telphone simply does not works as a means of effective communication.

    In fact, oursourcing is at an all time high. For all the nay-sayers of outsourcing, here is a great proof that you can actually benefit from it. A lot of companies hiring now are doing so because of financial strength gained by saving development costs by outsourcing. Of course, companies are not hiring people with skills they can get in India, they are hiring for talent, and if you are good, you will be taken...

    This requires the introduction of a new concept to the encyclopedia called "Wikipedization", which would mean, the process of entries up entries in wikepeida with the intent of influencing public opinion. This could be expanded in general to mean any act of using intenet including blogging, ediding wikis, spamming, etc to influcence public opinion in one's favour.
